Vicki has been a physiotherapist for over 21 years and has worked in a variety of areas in the profession. Clinically, she has focused on sports physiotherapy, earning a Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy in 2007. She also uses soft tissue techniques, exercise, modalities, and manual therapy in her approach to injury management. She believes in modifying activities and not stopping them completely during your rehab! She loves to work with clients who stay active or want to become active to enjoy their life.
Aside from clinical practice, she has been active in the research area with interests in concussion management, cancer rehabilitation, exercise, and precision/machine learning health care. She remains active in research through Carleton University.
When not working, Vicki spends her time walking with her adorable pooch, Becker, who really prefers to just sit on her lap. Vicki is originally from New Brunswick and tries to return each summer to see family and the ocean.
